Data Request

Requests you may be able to make

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be able to ask whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about certain disclosures. Applicable exceptions may allow or require some information to be retained or a request to be declined.

How to submit a request

• Email privacy@nta.enterprises with the subject “Data request”.
• State the right or outcome you are requesting and the jurisdiction in which you live.
• Provide the email address or business contact details you previously used with NTA Enterprises.
• Describe the relevant interaction or approximate date so we can locate responsive records.
• Do not send identity documents, passwords or unrelated sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate method.

Identity and authority

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and connect you with the relevant records. The verification method will reflect the sensitivity of the information and the risk of unauthorised disclosure.

Where applicable law permits an authorised agent to act for you, we may ask for evidence of authority and may also verify the request directly with you.

What happens next

We will assess the request, clarify it if necessary, search relevant systems and respond within the period required by applicable law. Timing can depend on jurisdiction, complexity and whether verification is complete. If an extension, fee or refusal is permitted and necessary, we will explain the relevant basis.

Appeals and complaints

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to appeal a decision or complain to the privacy or data-protection regulator responsible for your jurisdiction. A response from NTA Enterprises will identify an available internal appeal route where one is legally required.

Secure communication

Ordinary email may not be appropriate for sensitive material. Send only the minimum information needed to begin the request. If additional sensitive information is required, ask for an appropriate exchange method before sending it.
